To put it simply, my FAVORITE of the male species, has an amazing chef's blog that I stalk regularly....and today he posted a blog post that hit spot on.
There's no other way to say it other than how he said it. Now he's a chef and I'm a social worker, but I promise you, if you can erase "Chef" add "Therapist" everytime you see it. Also replace any food items to "staff", "Students" etc....you will know exactly what I've been feeling.
So to make life simple "or be lazy" but whatever, here's his post.....(and mine, kinda sorta, sorta kinda).
